High-temperature vacuum brazing furnaces are specifically designed for high-vacuum brazing of stainless steel, titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys, cemented carbide, and non-ferrous metals.
Engineered for both industrial production and custom thermal processing requirements, the system provides clean vacuum brazing conditions, excellent temperature uniformity, stable vacuum performance, and superior joint strength, ensuring bright surfaces with minimal oxidation and deformation.
It is widely used for the vacuum brazing of heat exchangers, aerospace components, carbide tools, stainless steel assemblies, sensors, waveguides, and complex metal structures, delivering consistent brazing quality and reliable metallurgical bonding.
Our high temperature vacuum brazing furnaces are engineered for clean and flux-free brazing processes under high-vacuum conditions.
By removing oxygen and contaminants during heating, the furnace ensures bright brazed surfaces, strong metallurgical bonding, and minimal joint defects.
Heating chambers can be configured with graphite or molybdenum hot zones depending on the required temperature range and material compatibility.
The vacuum annealing furnace uses Graphite / Molybdenum heating elements, with a maximum operating temperature of 1300℃ and temperature uniformity maintained within ±5℃, Control accuracy: ±1°C. In terms of vacuum performance, the ultimate vacuum is 6×10⁻⁴ Pa, the pressure rise rate is 0.5 Pa/h.
We offer standard models in the following sizes:
Effective zone size ranges from 300×300×500 mm to 1000×1000×1500 mm.
Loading capacity ranges from 100 kg to 1200 kg.
Heating power ranges from 60 kW to 360 kW.
For special furnaces, we can also provide solutions and designs according to customer requirements.
