Multipurpose vacuum sintering furnace

Multipurpose Vacuum Sintering Furnace for High-Temperature Precision Sintering and Debinding Applications

The Multipurpose Vacuum Sintering Furnace is a high-performance thermal processing system specifically designed for metal powder products, MIM components, carbide tools, optical and electronic parts, advanced ceramics, magnetic alloys, and refractory metal materials.

Engineered for both research and industrial mass production, the system supports high-temperature vacuum sintering, controlled atmosphere sintering, and integrated debinding processes, ensuring excellent material density, dimensional stability, and superior metallurgical performance.

It is widely used for the sintering of powder metallurgy components, injection molded metal parts, ceramic products, hard alloys, magnetic materials, and rare metal parts, providing consistent product quality with excellent temperature uniformity and vacuum cleanliness.

Our multipurpose vacuum sintering furnaces are designed to perform high-precision sintering cycles under high-vacuum or protective gas conditions.

The system is suitable for a wide range of materials including powder metal parts, MIM products, ceramics, tungsten alloys, molybdenum parts, magnetic alloys, and optical-electronic components.

With an optional debinding function, the furnace can complete binder removal and high-temperature sintering within one integrated process cycle, significantly improving production efficiency.

By effectively reducing oxygen and impurities during heating, the furnace helps prevent surface oxidation, contamination, and carbon deposition, making it ideal for high-performance precision components.

The equipment can be configured with graphite or molybdenum hot zones, depending on operating temperature, material compatibility, and process requirements.

This multi-functional vacuum sintering furnace boasts high applicability in actual production. It can utilize molybdenum or graphite heating elements, achieving maximum temperatures of 1300℃ or 2200℃ respectively. Temperature uniformity within the heating chamber is maintained at ±5°C, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. The achievable ultimate vacuum is 4 x 10⁻³ Pa, with a pressure rise rate of 0.5 pa/h.

We offer standard models in the following sizes:

Effective area dimensions range from 300×300×450 mm to 800×800×1200 mm.

Load capacity ranges from 100 kg to 800 kg.
