The Double-Chamber Vacuum Oil Quenching Furnace is a high-performance thermal processing system specifically designed for vacuum hardening, oil quenching, bright heat treatment, and precision metallurgical processing applications.
Engineered for industrial batch production and custom thermal processing requirements, the system adopts a double-chamber structure with separate heating and quenching zones, enabling rapid transfer from heating to oil cooling while maintaining clean surface quality and excellent hardness consistency.
It is widely used for the heat treatment of tool steel, mold steel, high-speed steel, spring steel, stainless steel, and aerospace structural alloys, ensuring minimal oxidation, reduced distortion, and stable metallurgical performance.
Our double-chamber vacuum oil quenching furnaces are designed to perform precise hardening cycles under high-vacuum heating conditions followed by rapid oil quenching.
The independent chamber design separates the heating zone and oil quenching chamber, effectively reducing contamination and improving cycle efficiency.
This structure is especially suitable for materials requiring high surface hardness, core toughness, and strict dimensional stability, particularly precision tools, molds, and structural parts.
The system can be configured with graphite or molybdenum hot zones, depending on operating temperature and material compatibility.
The dual-chamber vacuum oil-gas quenching furnace can utilize graphite/molybdenum heating elements, with a maximum operating temperature of 1320℃, temperature uniformity maintained within ±5℃, and temperature control accuracy ±1℃. In terms of vacuum performance, the ultimate vacuum is 4×10⁻¹ Pa, the pressure rise rate is 0.5 Pa/h, and the gas cooling pressure is 2 bar.
