The Vacuum Annealing Furnace is a high-performance single-chamber thermal processing system specifically designed for metal annealing, stress relieving, bright heat treatment, and controlled atmosphere processing.

Engineered for both batch production and custom industrial requirements, the system provides excellent temperature uniformity, clean vacuum processing conditions, stable metallurgical performance, and superior surface finish protection.

It is widely used for the heat treatment of stainless steel, copper alloys, tool steel, magnetic materials, precision machined parts, and powder metallurgy components, ensuring consistent product quality with minimal oxidation and deformation.

Our vacuum annealing furnaces are designed to perform precise thermal cycles under high-vacuum or protective gas conditions.

By effectively eliminating oxygen and other reactive gases during heating, the furnace helps prevent surface oxidation, decarburization, and discoloration, making it especially suitable for components with high surface finish requirements.

The equipment can be configured with graphite heating chambers or metallic hot zones, depending on processing temperature, material compatibility, and application needs.

The vacuum annealing furnace uses nickel-chromium/molybdenum heating elements, with a maximum operating temperature of 1300℃ and temperature uniformity maintained within ±5℃. In terms of vacuum performance, the ultimate vacuum is 5×10⁻⁴ Pa, the pressure rise rate is 0.5 Pa/h, and the gas-cooled pressure is 2 bar.

We offer standard models in the following sizes:

Effective zone size ranges from 300×300×450 mm to 1000×1000×1500 mm.

Loading capacity ranges from 100 kg to 1500 kg.

Heating power ranges from 80 kW to 450 kW.
