Hydrogen Reduction Heat Treatment
Support selected oxide-reduction and surface-conditioning cycles where gas purity, dew point and exhaust handling are part of the recipe.
Discuss reduction requirementsControlled atmosphere heat treatment system
A configured atmosphere tube furnace with a 1100°C continuous operating temperature for hydrogen reduction, protective-atmosphere heat treatment and selected sintering processes. The pictured HQH-1200 platform combines vacuum preparation, dual-zone temperature control, metered gas entry and monitored exhaust ignition in one compact industrial system.

Product overview
This hydrogen atmosphere tube furnace is designed for processes where air exposure can change surface chemistry, oxidation state or final material performance. A sealed heated chamber supports vacuum evacuation before gas introduction, while a dual-zone controller manages the temperature profile across the effective work area.
The system supports hydrogen, nitrogen, argon and other controlled atmospheres selected around the material, gas purity, dew point and thermal process. The gas train, purge sequence and exhaust treatment can be engineered as an integrated process package. For vacuum-only high-temperature production, compare the wider vacuum sintering furnace range. For bright heat treatment without a sintering step, review our vacuum annealing furnace options.
A compact footprint, touchscreen operation and integrated auxiliaries make the HQH-1200 suitable for laboratories, pilot production and specialized industrial heat-treatment lines.
Process fit
Flexible chamber, gas-control and temperature-program options allow the furnace to be configured for a wide range of controlled-atmosphere thermal processes.
