COMPANY NEWS · EXHIBITION INVITATION

Meet SYNHTE at Data Centre World Asia 2026 | Stand A82

SYNHTE will exhibit at Data Centre World Asia 2026 on September 29–30 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. Meet us on Level 1 at Stand A82 to discuss vacuum brazing furnaces and outsourced brazing for liquid-cooling components.

We invite cold-plate manufacturers, manifold suppliers, thermal-management engineers and procurement teams to bring their next joining challenge. Whether you are developing a new assembly, qualifying a repeatable process or planning additional production capacity, the exhibition is an opportunity to connect your component requirements with a practical equipment or processing route.

Visit SYNHTE at Level 1, Stand A82

Data Centre World Asia forms part of Tech Week Singapore. The organiser's visitor programme covers liquid cooling, AI-ready infrastructure, power and energy efficiency, and data centre operations. Our focus at this event is the manufacturing behind thermal-management hardware: the joining processes and furnace systems used to produce components for liquid-cooling assemblies.

  • Exhibition: Data Centre World Asia 2026
  • Dates: September 29–30, 2026
  • Visitor hours: 09:00–17:00 on both days, Singapore time (UTC+8)
  • SYNHTE stand: A82, Level 1
  • Venue: Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956

Use the official visitor guide for registration and current admission conditions, and the venue and travel guide to plan your arrival. The organiser identifies Bayfront MRT station as a nearby access point. If you would like to discuss a particular part family, send a short introduction before the exhibition so that the conversation can start with your material, assembly and production needs.

Cold plates, manifolds and bellows: our exhibition focus

Our exhibition materials bring together three liquid-cooling component families: cold plates, manifolds and bellows. Their shapes and joining interfaces differ, so the useful starting point is the component itself. Bring the base-material specification, a drawing or section view, the proposed filler metal if already selected, and the performance requirement that the joined assembly must meet.

Delivery planning: the exhibition artwork highlights a 28-day order-to-delivery offer. Please discuss its applicability with our team; the delivery schedule for your project must be confirmed against the selected configuration, order scope and agreed commercial terms.

Cold plates and thermal assemblies

For a cold plate, the conversation should connect the cover, internal flow features and joining surfaces with the material and filler system. Useful questions include how the assembly is supported during heating, which surfaces must remain flat, and how cleanliness and leak integrity will be assessed after joining. Copper and aluminum assemblies should be reviewed as distinct material routes; sharing an application name does not make their brazing cycles interchangeable.

Manifolds and repeated branch connections

A manifold introduces a series of joints distributed along the header. Share the branch layout, tube and header materials, insertion details and overall length. These inputs help frame a discussion about fixture support, filler placement, furnace loading and inspection access. For repeat production, it is useful to identify which joints or positions are most difficult to control and what evidence is required before releasing the complete assembly.

Bellows and thin-wall assemblies

For bellows-related joining, identify the thin-wall sections, end connections and dimensional features that must be preserved. Material compatibility, joint access and the way the assembly is supported can influence the proposed processing route. Bring the relevant operating and inspection requirements, rather than relying on a generic component label, so that the discussion addresses the actual connection and its intended service conditions.

Discuss equipment investment or outsourced brazing

SYNHTE offers both vacuum brazing furnace systems and vacuum brazing and heat treatment outsourcing services. The choice depends on more than annual volume. Product maturity, the range of materials, available floor space, operator capability, inspection resources and the need to retain process control in-house all affect which route is practical for your business.

For an equipment project, start with the complete production load: components, fixtures, loading method and expected batch mass. The useful work zone must accommodate that assembly, while the heating, pumping and cooling arrangements must suit the qualified joining process. Discuss the required cycle records and acceptance evidence at the same time as capacity. This helps turn a furnace enquiry into a defined production requirement.

For stainless-steel manifolds and compatible higher-temperature joining programmes, the High-Temperature Vacuum Brazing Furnace is a relevant platform to discuss. Hot-zone selection, vacuum architecture and cooling strategy depend on the base material, filler and cleanliness requirement. For aluminum cold plates and heat-exchanger assemblies, review the dedicated High-Vacuum Aluminum Brazing Furnace route. A material-specific review is more useful than selecting a furnace solely by its maximum temperature.

For outsourced work, the starting information is the drawing, material condition, assembly scope and required inspection. Our published service scope includes prototype and production processing, server liquid-cooling manifolds, bellows assemblies and fixture support. At the exhibition, we can discuss whether your next step is a sample review, a process-development enquiry or a production-capacity discussion, with responsibilities and deliverables defined for the particular project.

Make your exhibition meeting useful

A focused technical brief helps both teams use the meeting effectively. You do not need a completed furnace specification to start. A component drawing, a clear description of the manufacturing problem and an approximate production target usually provide a better starting point than a request for a standard furnace price without application details.

Tell us what is changing: a new material, a larger cold plate, more manifold branches, increased batch size, a tighter dimensional requirement or a move from development into production. If you already have a brazing process, describe the issue you want to resolve and the evidence currently available. This keeps the discussion centred on your project instead of a general equipment catalogue.

It also helps to distinguish the desired business outcome from the technical acceptance criteria. Delivery timing and production output belong in the project brief, while leak-test requirements, dimensional tolerances and material or joint examinations belong in the qualification discussion. Agreeing both sets of requirements early makes subsequent equipment proposals or outsourced-processing quotations easier to compare.

Equipment context

For liquid-cooling manufacturing, match the furnace or service route to the assembly, material and qualification plan. Meet the SYNHTE team at A82 to connect those requirements with a practical next step.

Arrange a meeting with SYNHTE

Use the form below to request a meeting with SYNHTE at Data Centre World Asia 2026. Include your preferred day and time, company name and the application you would like to discuss. Our team can then follow up on the meeting arrangements and the technical information needed for your enquiry.

  • Component family, base materials and available drawings.
  • Part dimensions, fixture envelope and approximate batch or annual volume.
  • Current joining route, proposed filler and the problem to be solved.
  • Leak, dimensional, cleanliness and other acceptance requirements.
  • Interest in furnace supply, outsourced brazing or a comparison of both routes.
  • Preferred meeting time on September 29 or 30, at Level 1, Stand A82.

Not travelling to Singapore? You are welcome to send the same application brief through the enquiry form. We can continue the equipment or processing discussion around your project requirements.
